This was quantified by Goldman Sachs to be equivalent to 5% of your annual revenue. To save that revenue and host this process you need a platform. That’s why we are introducing Paqt – an agreement platform. We’ve redefined digital dealmaking with a professional chat and a set of tools, which make it efficient and legally powerful (e-sign, digital id, micro-agreements, extractable chat). All is collected in a ready to use tool. It’s a digital handshake tool that enables the full-cycle – from offer to negotiation to payment. It adds the accountability layer, reduces legal risk, cuts costs and speeds up the agreement cycle. With our unique set of tools like micro-agreements and signatures it’s everything you need, but the lawyer. All in a user-friendly chat environment, which is optimized for external communication. Pre-revenue SaaS legal-tech project, working demo product, 3 founders – a licensed lawyer, a talented technologist and a compliance & marketing expert. We have 5 mentors and great partners – 2 Canadian Universities help us with legal research and we’ve partnered with Trulioo (who provide Digital ID). Mission: create & deliver an agreement platform, which would make the process of digital dealmaking enjoyable without compromising speed and legal security.
